This is something that Lewis and Clark would eat on there journey either for special occasions or just for the heck of it. I bet it was really good and cant wait to try it!6 cups fresh or frozen blueberries, raspberries, and/or blackberries
1 cup sugar
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
½ cup butter
½ cup whole wheat flour
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
1 egg, beaten
2 to 3 tablespoons milk or water
2 tablespoons pearl or coarse turbinado sugar
6 cups fresh or frozen blueberries, and/or blackberries
looks amazing bring it to class i want to kno if it takes as good as it looks
ReplyDeleteyum, it looks good
ReplyDeleteJessica, beautiful two entries last week. They make me want to be at a dance and get a taste of that berry cobbler. This week make sure to:
ReplyDelete1. Put a trail date (1804/05) at the beginning of each entry so we can tell when you are.
2. Try to use some language that makes it sound like you are there close by. Instead of Lewis & Clark and they, make it Lewis & Clark and we. Write in the present tense not the past. Just those two changes will bring your journals more alive.
